My name is Brandon Andrew Montgomery, and for all intents and purposes, I would describe myself as an ordinary guy who has been exposed to a wealth of extraordinary people and experiences. These opportunities have profoundly shaped my life's purpose and passion.

As the CEO and Founder of Forward and Beyond, a non-profit dedicated to the health and well-being of young people, I bring over a decade of experience in mentoring, after-school programs, and staff development workshops. Additionally, I have extensive experience in Staff Development and Leadership Training, designed to encourage, inspire, and motivate staff. My commitment to uplifting youth and empowering staff everywhere is unwavering.

I focus on the four pillars of success: perception, possibility, process, and progress. I believe that by instilling these core principles, I can inspire and empower others to reach their full potential. I recognize the impact of positive motivation and understand the value of introducing these cues to today's culture. I attended Oakwood University, where I joined the fraternity Kappa Alpha Phi and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. After graduating, I built a successful career with media giants like Turner Broadcasting and AT&T. Despite my professional achievements, I remained committed to youth development and community engagement.
